Job Description
Responsibilities:
? Loads and unloads goods, material, supplies, and/or equipment;
? Conducts regular spot check inventories of merchandise, supplies, or equipment;
? Stock and maintain warehouse inventory;
? Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged product is accepted in;
? Enter&maintain accurate recordsin either written or electronic form/systems;
? Do correct pick-up & pack-upready according to Delivery notice for goods distribution;
? Communicate with curriers & other staffs for case handling;
? Participate Monthly stock counting & explain for stock variance;
? Clean and maintain work area and warehousing area;
? Operate forklift and/or railcars;
? Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on forklift, truck, and/or railcar;
? The work requires considerable physical exertion such as frequent climbing of tall ladders, lifting heavy objects;
? Take other works assigned by warehouse manager.
Requirement:
? 1 year working experience at warehouse management;
? Can use Excel and e-management systems;
? College degree & can speak/write English for daily work report;
? Strong and healthy;
? Knows how to use basic tools in the warehouse.
Reports and Measurable indicators:
? Inventory management accuracy rate >99.97%, yearly performance (eg: Monthly stock reports) ;
? Timely stock management form/system updated;
? Minimum of clients complaints;
? To be decided by warehouse manager.

? Direct report to: Warehouse Manager
? Indirect report to: Logistics Manager
