About the job:
You will be managing supplier quality department across China region and Korea.
Responsibilities:
? manage a team of 8 SQEs across in Shanghai APAC headquarter
? initiate supplier review for 6 plants
? audit supplier quality and drive continuous improvement activities across supplier sites
? provide technical guidance and monitor suppliers toward higher quality standards
? work closely with QA, Engineering and Purchasing teams
? provide internal trainings across different teams
Requirements:
? bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
? minimum 10 years of experience in automotive quality field
? minimum 3 years of supplier quality management experience
? strong leadership skills
? fluent English and great communication skills
? availability to frequent travelling across the region
