Reporting to Business Controller the incumbent will be leading the business co-piloting team with the Financial Analyst to provide below services to support business development:

Business Co-Piloting Team
The Co-Piloting Team has an embedded role to influence & drive business performance working closely with the front-line business functions (Retail, Trade, CRC, Internet, B2B) assisting them to achieve business targets, while ensuring proper internal controls & business excellence practices across the organization. The Co-Piloting Team will be mainly focused to:

? Lead & Coordinate Business Planning: monthly & Quarterly DF process & DF Letter preparation & Reporting, OPL preparation.
? Variance Analysis & Reporting: MTD & YTD variance analysis across Channels & P&L lines & always comparing vs. the Targets, latest DF. Last Year.
? Internal Controls: coordinate ICS SAT application, provide the Business departments with guidance on Internal Controls & Tools to ensure internal compliance.
? Market Business Strategy (MBS): support the definition & tracking of the overall Market Business Strategy of the organization.
? Decision Support: Identify cost saving or business performance initiatives, analyze channel performance & bridge CRM input with business rational.


Key Requirements:

? A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting
? Above 7 years finance experience is requested and FMCG background will be a plus
? Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral
? Stress handling, be able to work under pressure
? Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task
