Summary
A top tier global investment bank is actively seeking a Technology Operational Risk Officer to drive its core regional business base in Shanghai.
Key responsibilities:
- institutionalise, implement, facilitate and support risk management programs
- work with global technology risk counterparts and technology groups as well as regional non-technology groups including but not limited to compliance, operational risk including internal audit departments
- identify technology related risks and exceptions as well as subsequently monitor, track including manage them
- data mining, evaluation and analyse to abstract risks related themes; areas and examples for these analyses include but not limited to entitlement controls, vendor, supplier as well as subsidiary related risks, stability including incidents together with policy compliance program
- newly identified risks need to be assessed in partnership with subject matter experts and appropriate risk responses as well as ongoing risk owners assigned
- work on supporting global technology risk assessment programs and help define local requirements; areas of work would include policy compliance as well as control testing including application risk assessment
- support the global risk and control assessment process which will include management of the risk register, self-identified risks, presentation & communication to senior management of risk status as well as ensuring agreed action plans are completed as planned
- provide communication and transparency of T&D risk processes for business units
Key requirements:
- ISACA CISA or equivalent industry certification
- certifications such as CISM, CRISC and CISSP for other industries
- proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Fluent Chinese
- IT audit experience
- Technical experience
