About the role:

In this function you are responsible for the high rise modernization products and solutions. You will be working in cross-functional teams with members of the global Top Range Division, Sales & Marketing of the operating companies, manufacturing bases and research & development.




Key Responsibilities:
? identify and monitor market needs and requirements based on the aging machinery products
? define and drive high rise modernization product portfolio
? identify gaps and execute solutions
? deliver product introduction and trainings
? support Sales & Marketing team to match customer long-term preferences
? drive for standardized solutions based on released components
? monitor product costs and continuous improvements




Key Requirements:
? bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering or related field
? minimum 8 years of application/field engineering experience in machinery industry
? proven experience in project management of international projects
? proven experience in global cross-functional team work
? fluent English and excellent communication skills
