职位描述

Key Responsibilities:
? Partner with General Manager to develop annual business plans and forecasts, monthly reports
? and updates.
? Complete responsibility for all financial reporting including all general ledger and tax activities.
? Work closely with Corporate finance team in the United States on financial reporting, analysis
? and business strategy.
? Drive financial policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the
? organization’s overall strategy.
? Ensures the company has effective internal controls and is compliant with internal codes and
? local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
? Forecast all financial aspects of the business including sales, profit, balance sheet and cash flow. Identify and monitor key performance indicators and provide appropriate countermeasures to ensure company achieves its business goals.
? Credit management to balance business growth vs. risk control & cash generation
? Lead, develop and manage finance team.

Key Requirements:
? Bachelor degree of finance or commerce, MBA is a plus.
? At least 10 - 15 years of finance experience in progressively increasing roles at a MNC,
? preferably with 5 + years of managerial experience.
? Must be a well-rounded leader with the utmost integrity, possessing excellent control & process
? improvement skills.
? Track record of creating value-added financial analysis with tangible results.
? Familiar with China business environment and practice, tax and relevant business regulations.
? Good knowledge of ERP systems and proficient in Excel.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin.
? Strong business acumen & learning capabilities, and energetic with “Can Do” & “Commitment”
? mindset.
? Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage and develop team.
? A hands-on professional with appropriate delegation skills, and willing to help & work with
? associates of different backgrounds.

Our Client is a global supplier of electric power equipment since 1905. The HQ located in US. Shanghai entity was with functions of engineering, manufacturing and sales of power equipment serving to government owned power and infrastructure industries, and the industrial customers of Asia as well as South America.
