工作职责：

1. 制定人力资源预算、计划，根据集团人力资源管理制度及流程制定实施细则并严格执行；

2. 向业务负责人提供有关企业文化、人力资源、组织建设等方面的建议，撰写、审核、审批方案，并监督实施；

3. 制定人力资源招聘计划，通过多渠道招聘，满足企业用人需求；

4. 组织实施人力资源部人才盘点、培养计划；

5. 负责在职员工管理，预防劳动用工风险，组织员工活动，建设、传播、完善企业文化，维护员工关系；

6. 配合集团进行员工考勤管理、薪酬计发、绩效管理；

7. 负责企业行政工作，如监督员工宿舍管理，维护良好办公环境等；

8. 协调企业内各部门及集团人力资源部各职能小组、外部政府劳动行政部门、外部合作机构，及时处理解决管理过程中出现的问题；

9. 管理企业人事行政团队，为下属提供必要的在岗辅导、职业生涯规划设计等。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，两年年以上餐饮行业人事行政管理工作经验；

2. 熟悉国家及广州地区劳动法律法规，熟悉人力资源各模块及行政管理工作具体操作；

3. 普通话、粤语流利，具有较强的沟通及协调能力；

4. 熟练操作Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；

5. 具备良好职业操守，敬业、诚信，原则性和执行力强。
