Essential Responsibilities

- Responsible for all MJE, accrual at GL level, provide guidance and counsel to all accounting team, oversee & ensure smooth closing process include DR4 reporting, IBS tie out, BS commentary review, DTA calculation, communicate with global team but not limited.
- Responsible for monthly statistics report to government and operating report to JV partner.
- Co-ordinate with KPMG and STAT COE regarding annual KPMG audit, tax audit etc., timely finished STIR report and Tax report.
- Responsible for NPI tracking, make sure proper booking process as well as the charge out process.
- Review processes to improve overall efficiency
- Supervisor account reconciliation and ensure quality and timely submission, and lead the communication with CAS for any inquiry on acct rec.
- Recommend and record necessary accounting adjustments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, review and recommend changes
- LAM has the responsibility to make sure subledgers (SL) are properly stated and ties with GL. In the event of any disconnect, LAM is supposed to take the lead to work with subledger owners to find root cause and reconcile both SL and GL.
- LAM is expected to be involved in the Stat process. The responsibilities include reviewing PBC list prepared by team, working with auditor, review S2G in STIR, Tax true up & CIT filing etc. This scope might cover other EM ledgers in Asia.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7 years plus working experience,3 years above management experience, share service experience is a plus
- CICPA or equivalent accounting certificate
- Solid finance operation knowledge and ERP implementation experience is a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively bilingual (Chinese & English).

- Proven ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- FMP / CAS Experience a plus.
