Job Description:
? Proceed order requests from customers
? Follow up all scheduled order shipment, make sure all scheduled orders are shipped on time as instructed on orders
? Collect and file invoices with shipping documents , all paperwork has to be completed at the end of the day.
? Liaison with Finance regarding Payment collection, AR report,etc.
? Liaison with Shipping, Warehouse
? Liaison with Forwwarders or Carriers

Qualification:
? College associate degree preferred, major in English/International Trade/Business Administration,etc
? Minimum 1 year working experience is required
? Competent English Language User
? Computer-literacy, ERP process experience is preferred
? Good learning skills, Good communication skills
? Self-starter, sense of urgency and good customer service consciousness
