Job Responsibilities

1.Brand initiative development for UOB China to develop Privilege brand for PFS business so as to support to achieve business target
2.Brand management to develop and execute yearly marketing operation so as to further enhance the brand awareness, preference, consideration, recommendation and overall brand image. 3.Custodian of UOBC branding and franchise value by ensuring complete adherence to global corporate Identity for all communications internally and externally ;
4.Support China market events operation and branch network development
5.Support marketing activities and events for both on and off premise initiatives to drive sales volume for mortgage & wealth ;

Reqirements

1.Basic Marketing knowledge with brand management and brand development experience
2.Ability to understand overall BU Business strategy and translate into MKT strategy with detailed executional plan
3.Result driven and attentive to details
4.Understand Banking industry together with Retail Bank (PFS)customer acquisition, growth and retention experience
5.Strong inter－personal skill, as the ability to play as potential team leader,A fast and quicker learner, open mind and is willing to learn more
6.Hard working, and could work under pressure independently,Ready to challenge and to be challenged
7.6-8 years working experience,Preferred in financial industry,Preferred with solid brand development and brand management experience
