职位描述

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support the strategic business plan process for Shanghai operation from an HR perspective;

· Create a mid- to long-term staffing strategy that delivers into future business needs;

· Provide professional HR consultancy to business units and Senior Management team;

· Align HR practices with company requirements and China local regulations to ensure compliance and drive excellence;

· Formulate and enforce employment policies, work with internal and external partners to develop a competency model which guides the integration of the HR systems and process to be aligned with the corporate culture and applicable legislation;

· Analyze the required current and future competencies of the organization as well as initiate and drive the relevant actions accordingly incl. Training & Development tools, processes and concepts, etc,;

· Manage the recruitment process and HR support for positions up to management level (in alignment with Senior HRM);

· Assist business unit to identify key organizational issues, change management needs, and appropriate HR solutions to improve current and future performance;

· Study, analyze and recommend pay structure. Perform job evaluation;

· Administrate an effective compensation and benefits scheme;

· Take the role as the first point of contact for expatriate executives located in Shanghai

· Lead People Development team to formulate training & development programs;

· Deal with other ad hoc HR projects.
