Mission 岗位目标
The Calibration Leader is responsible of the performance, resource, planning and quality of his/her project:
He/She defines the planning of activities to perform for his/her project.
He/She animates the calibration team affected on his/her project.
He/She defines/control the resource, budget and work load for his/her project.
He/She makes the synthesis of all the calibration.
He/She animates meeting with the suppliers working on the project.
He/She guarantees the quality of calibrations given from the calibration team.

Major Responsibilities 岗位职责
？ Build the calibration and validation activity plan on the project with the project team
？ Define the project calibration planning targets and activities
？ Define the ressources required for calibration activity (proto, tooling, testing)
？ Drive the calibration team and ressources of testing and calibration and synthesize the calibration activity
？ Drive the calibration freeze meetings in order to define the calibration compromises
？ Guarantee the traceability of the calibration from the engine calibration team and from the other teams (electronic, mechanical conception, …)
？ Report for the calibration activity and results to the project.
？ Manage calibration planning & calibration indicators.
？ Manage calibration activity risks on the project
？ Identify the schedule critical path and take action fo fulfill the planned schedule
？ Fulfill the project target on the every performance
？ Deliver the finalized calibrations according to the project planning
？ Drive the subcontractors activity
？ Build the calibration contract for the subcontracted calibration activity
？ Drive the supplier calibration activity and guarantee he fulfills the requirements
