Mission 岗位目标

Within the MCTI team, under the hierarchical and operational authority of the Section Manager, the Lead Engineer is in charge to ensure the quality of the definition, the development and the validation of the components

Major Responsibilities 岗位职责

Lead development activities in MCTI team on components focusing on components such as :
- ATB 4G
- Modular cluster
- 12.3" cluster
- ADAS (Video recorder)
- Clock
Responsibilities :
- Establish all the RFQ package and ensure the technical advice for the Supplier Choice
- Manage the development and industrialization of a family of components according the projects planning
- Ensure the reporting to the projects and to the MCTI team
- Apply the technical and methodological standards of the domain and contribute to improve them if necessary. Contribute to adapt the methodology to the Chinese environment
- Verify permanently the adequacy between the maturity of the components and the objectives assigned (Quality, Cost, Time, Product)
- Manage the validation activities on component according to the development plan
- Manage the Tier1/Tier2 relationship
