任职资格：
1、暖通、空调、制冷、给排水类相关专业，大学专科以上学历；
2、从事过3~5年以上大中型公建项目或者装饰项目的消防施工管理工作，能按照施工组织设计或施工方案　　管理好现场；
3、熟悉消防法规和消防施工方案的编制，
4、具有丰富的建筑暖通空调施工图设计经验，可独立承担暖通空调项目的设计；
5、熟练掌握CAD及其它与建筑设备设计相关的软件，熟练使用各种通用办公软件；
6、熟悉工程相关的法律法规、施工及验收规范；监督指导施工人员按要求施工；
7、熟悉消防材料市场，了解消防预算，能协助办理现场消防项目变更和签证单等资料；
8、了解项目设计过程中各专业的配合流程，能组织协调本专业的施工图设计，及协调其他专业的配合关系，分析问题与解决问题能力强；
9、认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力。
10、有大型公建项目（五星级酒店、公共场馆等）工作经验者优先。
