2、3年以上相关专业公装预决算工作经验，具备较强的分析控制能力、组织协调能力和谈判能力；掌握材料价格，市场动态；
3、能够独立完成装饰专业预决算、洽商、签证、预算成本及合同合约的编制工作；
4、熟练使用计算机和工程造价软件，工作细致，原则性强，具有团队合作精神。
