岗位职责:
可以有效地进行销售渠道管理
熟悉互联网行业,并能够很好地捕捉、分析和满足客户的各种需求
了解产品的优势和劣势,能够设计出产品的卖点,并确定产品的合理定位
达成设定的销售目标,不断开发潜在客户并促成销售
在多家公司有过管理大客户的工作经验,并和这些大客户保持良好的合作关系
8年或以上互联网行业销售经验
大学或以上学历
英语熟练者优先考虑

任职资格:
熟悉如何通过CRM系统管理客户和销售流程
制定并达成年销售预算
负责招聘和管理销售团队,以给越来越多的客户提供支持
根据客户反馈提出如何改进产品的相关建议

Banner Advertisement Sales Director Job Description

This is an new exciting role within our rapidly growing internet business.

The successful Candidate will have the following:
? Demonstrable ability to manage sales pipeline
? Demonstrable ability to understand, analyse and respond to clients needs in an online advertising context.
? A keen understand of product strengths and weaknesses and ability to formulate unique selling points to help to position products in a sales pitch.
? Proven ability to work to and achieve aggressive sales targets and to grow a database of clients into repeatable business opportunities.
? Have a long track record with one or more organisations where a number of key clients were managed and delivered repeat business
? Have 8 or more years online sales experience
? A college degree or above
? Ability to communicate in English would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
? Document client and prospect relationships and opportunities using a CRM system
? Agree a sales budget for the year and then deliver on that budget.
? Recruit and manage a strong target focused sales team to acquire and support a growing number of clients.
? Make product enhancement suggestions based on feedback from clients
