Resonsibilities:
?Training Strategy and Planning - Planning, organizing, leading and supervising the training department of all businesses at strategic level, ensure all training delivery is fully in line with business objectives.
?Training Implementation - Develop world class training objectives, strategies, policies, and programs group-wide.
?Training Launch - Take responsibility to regularly travel to new offices, hire local trainers and launch best practice training in the new regions
?Training Centre - Create a training centre where all materials are kept up to date. Produce training materials and manuals which capture best practice group wide. Be the owner of all training materials in the Group centrally. Deliver e-learning solutions to the business
?Competency Mapping - Identify "core competencies" of workforce and deploy competency mapping in the company.
?Manage Trainers - Recruit, train and manage the local trainers in each business along with the Regional MDs. Set KPIs and objectives for them. Manage and measure their performance versus agreed objectives.
?Training Needs Analysis - Manage the process of conducting group-wide training needs analysis in the business through staff surveys, exit interviews, staff forums, individual reviews and management feedback.
?Training Evaluation - Ensure all training that is delivered in the Group is being thoroughly evaluated and reviewed with a view to ensure continuous improvements are being made
?Succession Planning - work with HR Director and Regional Managers to ensure succession planning is in place for all key roles in the organization through the development of the existing staff. Help to identify knowledge gaps and plan actions to support the development of managers in the organization.
?Training Objectives - Set measurable and defined training objectives and KPIs across the group to tie in closely with sales performance and productivity.
?Training Budget - Plan, forecast and develop group training budget annually.
?Training Reporting - Write detail monthly training reports and present them to Regional MDs, Group CEO and the Board.

Requirement:
?Bachelor's degree in business related field; advanced degree preferred
?Minimum of 5 -7years' experience in a Training Manager role with full responsibility for all training delivery in a business
?Proven track record of working in all areas of training, but with particular emphasis on training in a sales or call centre environment
?Experience in the on-line sector would be an advantage
?Affinity with the market in China is desirable but not essential
?Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in Mandarin is desirable
?Strong organisational and administrative skills
?Proactive and independent
?Ability to work under pressure across multiple locations in a complex environment
?Passionate about training and development
?Good interpersonal and communication skills
?Not afraid to take responsibility with a "can do", problem solving attitude
