Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for making recruiting policy and procedure.
Work closely with CEO/HRD of the company in China to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment 2.processes are efficiently and in accordance with company policies and standards.
3Co.ach recruiting specialist in Head office/Local offices strategy and methodology about recruitment.
4.Communicate and cooperate with all departments regarding on recruitment work.
5.Coordinate l MD/Local HR Manager of core business to get their recruitment request.
6.Assist recruitment senior roles for local core business.
7.In charge of recruitment work for expansion office
Requirements:
1.Minimum 7-10 years experience within the recruitment/search industry and multi-national companies.
2.Bachelor Degree or above, Excellence English communication skill.
3.Good communication skill, integrity, open, Mature, experienced in working with senior level managers and able to work independently.
4.Minded and team player; Sound interpersonal skill; Good presentation skill
