岗位职责：

电视节目策划、制作，节目组搭建与调度，节目制作质量及进度控制，节目制作人员的技能培训

任职资格

1、影视媒体相关专业本科，5年以上工作经验；有担任大型综艺类、娱乐类、竞技游戏类栏目总导演经验，有成功节目案例。

2、从事过大中型电视活动的策划、组织及导演工作者优先；

3、精通电视节目制作的各种环节，拥有相关人才资源；

4、具有较强的计划、组织、推动、实施、监控及协调管理能力；
5、认真、严谨、务实的工作态度和责任心；
6、丰富的团队管理经验，高效的执行力；
