Key Responsibilities include:
Create and lead execution of navigation system test & validation plans and programs, in line with vehicle and component development planning.
Utilize your deep knowledge of automotive software, electronic components and related development processes, to assure all test and validation team activities are effective, efficient and aligned with product specifications, standards and quality requirements.
Use EE test tools – CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape and other diagnostic tools – to help draft test plans, and lead test and validation team to perform testing, record and analyze test results for various types of navigation systems (eg, navigation box, T-box, telematic platforms).
Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering a must. Masters in Engineering a plus.
5+ years working experience as Navigation System Test and Validation engineer for Auto OEM or Tier 1 supplier a must. Strong knowledge of project management and process improvement a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills. A self starter, with consistent “can-do” spirit, able to work independently but also highly collaborative.
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese a must. Fluency in French a plus.
This Lead Engineer role is based in Shanghai. Occasional travel may be required.
