Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible:

• Improve delivery performance to customers (delivery on time), productivity and inventory control through an optimized planning.
• Maintain and execute MPS through coordinating with relevant teams. And adjust it according to actual demand timely.
• Release and control production order (DJ or WO) under MPS ( Follow up Master Schedule, and "translate" it into daily production schedule); Leverage resource to ensure the fulfillment of Production Order and completion on time ,. And adjust it according to actual demand timely
• To maintain & optimize planning parameters
• Control the production output and shipment plan implementation. Schedule actual order from customers every day, and Deal with customers' feedback and complain in 24 hours.
• Support to work out valid forecast and suitable production plan based on marketing needs, sales forecast and inventory situation.
• Prepare reports, summaries and analyses on planning related topics
• Implement production smoothing and Lean production strategy.
• Work with supply chain team to track and monitor material supply.
• Monitor BOM and support engineering change.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2~3 years working experience in production control, material planning. Inventory Controlling and order scheduling experience will be appreciated
• Skilled in output and shipment control. Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the production and shipment function, coordinate between all programme
• Skilled in BOM structure and MRP. Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the production planning function, coordinate between all programs
• Strong communicates skill and team working spirit.
• Good English skill on reading, writing and speaking.
• Oracle ERP/MRP system experience and APICS knowledge is preferential
• Strong problem solving and Analytical skill and interpersonal skill are a must, and ability to effectively work under pressure.
• Oriented on detailed, initiative and logic ideation.
