Accountability Objective :

职位目的：

· Instil, leading by example, the Corporate values into every line subordinates.

· A Trusted Business Partner, especially to Controlling Team, to senior management in the development and implementation of the future strategy to enhance growth and increase value to the shareholders.

·Compliance to Group Policy and Local Rules and Regulations, such as but not limited to approved accounting standards and policies, treasury policies, decision rights / authorisation limit, tax regulation and business and commercial regulation.

·Assess, design, modify and implement appropriate internal control.

·Assist in legal matters.

·Identify and Resolve Financial Risks.

·Produce timely and accurate reports.

Credit Control.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 所需资历及经验:

·Major in finance and accounting, bachelor degree or above.

·Qualified certificate of Accountant.

·Professional expertises in areas of accounting, taxation, economic law, financial and cost management

Management skills in current position; good interpersonal skills; team player

REQUEST：

Minimum 5 years in a Managerial role in finance and accounting working in the foreign enterprise.

· Very Good English skill

·Knowing SAP will be an added advantage.

·Good computer skill especially MS office excel.

·Team Player with good interpersonal skills.

High degree of initiative and pro-activity.

·Able to communicate & co-ordinate effectively with different levels of staff as well as external parties.

·Possess leadership.

·Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

·Strong communication skills

·Commercial awareness/cost control and goal-oriented.

Remark:

The accounting manager is to look after the accounts of Beijing and Tianjin,Transferable to Tianjin.

Knowing SAP will be an added advantage.
