? Create and modify test systems, test applications and test methods for China designed and Global NPI projects following Tektronix Global Test Development Process.
? Manufacturing test systems setup and configuration, test applications, test methods and test code upgrade and maintenance following test engineering standard process.
? Monitor and investigate product testing process status with 6-Sigma and SPC tools (Gage R&R, Control charts, CPK, etc.).
? Accredit ISO/IEC 17025 by following Tektronix Global Metrology Policy
? Develop and document product testing engineering training procedure; train test technicians/operators on handling simple test system issues, help production manage and qualify test operator skill and competence.
? Test Engineering related problem troubleshooting, proactive support to cross functions and production on technical issue investigation request.
? Initiate or support production process modification and relocation (Kaizen, continuous improvement activities, etc.).
? Test engineering on call support to multi shift production cell.
Qualifications

? BSEE or BSME Degree required. 2+ years of Product Test Engineering experience
? Have positive and responsive attitude towards responsibilities
? Capable of seeking out problems and developing countermeasures.
? Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.
? Good English skills on read, written & verbal and presentation
? Good communication skill and ability to work within a team environment
? Strong testing skills - thorough understanding of testing concepts and use of automated test tools required.
? Great skills and competence in unit verification and validation testing.
? Good experience on C language, familiar with various electronic test method, measurement products and metrology standard.
? Experience LabVIEW, CVI and TestStand Programming are preferred.
? Experience operating Network & Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Signal Sources, Amplifiers, Oscilloscopes & Digital Multi-meters is a plus
? Generic networking/Communication background understanding: TCP/IP,GPIB,USB, Telnet, connection issues is a plus
