As part of the DNV GL Group, DNV GL Business Assurance works with national healthcare authorities and healthcare providers around the world to effectively manage risk and improve healthcare delivery. Our healthcare activities are supported by a multidisciplinary research group based in Oslo that is committed to improving patient safety through collaborative research. DNV GL Business Assurance’s team of healthcare and risk management specialists has an innovative, advanced approach to help healthcare providers globally in identifying, assessing and managing risk, enhancing patient safety and quality, while ensuring sustainable business practice. Internationally, we have certified over 2,000 healthcare organisations.

Location
The primary location of this position is based in Shanghai, but travel is required in accordance with client location.

Tasks May Include
? Individually carry out Training, Assessment or Surveys to Healthcare organizations in accordance with the guidelines, principles and written instructions established by DNV GL
? Execute and manage all aspects of project delivery, including the client relationship, the projects intellectual plans, project schedule, follow-up and project development
? Identify market opportunities and challenges, and develop new client accounts
? Monitor, assess, provide insight and make informed recommendations on strategic public policy issues and global trends
? Facilitate complex meetings, presentations and workshops to build client commitment for the change
? Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the activity, and the procedures governing the activity
? Ensure client satisfaction with each project and its outcomes
? Where applicable, supervise the work and provide guidance and/or training to other team members
? Undertake to fulfil research work as target

Position Qualifications
? Master degree or above in Clinical or Nursing area or commensurate experience in the healthcare profession, hospital experience preferred such as risk or quality management
? Minimum of 10 years working experience in healthcare setting or healthcare consulting company, at least 3 years in the last position
? Deep knowledge of the Chinese and healthcare industry, overseas education and working experience is a must
? Proven core project delivery skills including slide design, document story lining, problem solving, analytics, modelling, process methodology and tools
? Demonstrated business development skills and strong networking ability
? Strong written and verbal English communication skills
? Instinctively aware and able to understand and adapt to situations
? Excellent customer service skills
? High ethical standards are required and expected
? Familiar with office software and statistic tool, such as SPSS
? Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites
