As part of the DNV GL Group, DNV GL Business Assurance works with national healthcare authorities and healthcare providers around the world to effectively manage risk and improve healthcare delivery. Our healthcare activities are supported by a multidisciplinary research group based in Oslo that is committed to improving patient safety through collaborative research. DNV GL Business Assurance’s team of healthcare and risk management specialists has an innovative, advanced approach to help healthcare providers globally in identifying, assessing and managing risk, enhancing patient safety and quality, while ensuring sustainable business practice. Internationally, we have certified over 2,000 healthcare organisations.
Location:
The primary location of this position is based in Shanghai, but travel is required in accordance with client location.
Tasks May Include:
- The primary function of the position is to carry out Training, Assessment or Surveys to Healthcare organizations in accordance with the guidelines, principles and written instructions established by DNV GL
- Support to facilitate complex meetings, presentations and workshops to build client commitment for the change
- Develop project implementation plans and execute project deliverables to schedule, budget and performance goals
- Report the results of projects and follow-up, as required, within agreed timescales and economic budgets
- Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the activity, and the procedures governing the activity
- Where applicable, supervise the work and provide guidance and/or training to other team members
- Undertake to fulfil research work as target
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in Clinical or Nursing area or commensurate experience in the healthcare profession, hospital experience preferred such as risk or quality management
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in healthcare setting or healthcare consulting company, overseas working and education experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Instinctively aware and able to understand and adapt to situations
- Excellent customer service skills
- High ethical standards are required and expected
- Familiar with office software and statistic tool, such as SPSS
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites
