- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI, we are looking for a Marketing assistant市场助理.

What are my responsibilities?

• website maintenance

- Follow global on-line team’s guidance, complete special project of SPLM website in time

- Regular updates of SPLM website

- Other maintenance task based on online manager and local team’s requirement

• Channel marketing support

- Document management

• Industry marketing and Product marketing

- In site support

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelors or above.

- Fluent in English and Chinese. Excellent Oral and written English.

- At least 1-3 years plus marketing experience in Software industry

- Must be good at Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

- Familiar with on line and web site management

- Strong execution and communication skills.

- Strong self-management skill and logical thinking/time management

- Strong team player

What else do I need to know?

- 1-3 years experience in corporate marketing for a technology / software company is preferred.

- Ideal candidate would have an advanced degree in business management or marketing.

- Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English and Chinese and presentation skills with a good rapport.

- Ability to work within cross functional teams (different Marketing team) spanning partial levels of the organization including peers and junior team members.

- Ability to work under pressure, proactive, detail-oriented, stable character, ability to manage own time effectively and meet deadlines. A desire and passion to grow and learn new thing and team player.
