Responsibility:
- Plan and develop new business operation guidelines and procedures, new business KPI
- Submit user requirement to IT and follow up related matters till system meets business development
- Develop and conduct new business training for assessors, stakeholders and sales
- Supervising and managing daily operations for new business function of policy administration team
- Ensure the maximum level of fulfillment of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in each defined policy servicing process
- Ensure the policy servicing policy and guidelines are properly carried out by the new business assessors and adequate risk management procedures for new business processes are in place
- Explain policy servicing decision and rationale to any enquiry and appeal raised by IBO and sales
- Provide feedback and analysis report to Manager, Group Insurance Operations on policy servicing guidelines, procedures and KPI based on practical experience


Requirement:
- University graduate or above preferably major in actuarial, medicine, insurance or legal
- 3 years or more of underwriting experience in group life insurance, preferably in JV or foreign companies
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Precise, detail oriented, reliable, organized, efficient, strong managerial skills, solution provider, self-starter, goal oriented, team player.
