Responsibility:

- Implement and embed the Group Insurance Risk Management Framework in the company

- Establish and maintain a network of Risk Coordinators representing all business and support units

- Promulgating a risk management culture throughout the insurance operation

- Organize and attend the meeting of various risk committees at the company level

- Coordinate the risk management on business/operation including new product/channel/branch



Requirement:

- Bachelor degree

- Above 5 years working experience as risk mgmt staff in life insurance company

- Possess broad-based knowledge of risk mgmt and insurance industry

- Possess the ability to apply entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to provide professional advice in relation to risk mgmt

- Strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally

- Excellent interpersonal skills
