Responsibility:
- Competitors’ Analysis
· Market intelligence on the competitor dynamic, market trend, regulatory update, for management information and anticipate the impact to the business and product strategy
· Regular benchmark product offers against competitors
- Product implementation
· Assist the product implementation taskforce to ensure the product launch or revamp project completed in due.
· Assist to facilitating the regular product implementation meeting and maintain the product implementation process.
· Assist on day-to-day product maintenance activities, for example policy contract issue/clarification, policy terms, commissions payment
· Assist in product enhancement due to the change of regulations, prepare and review relevant legal agreements, policy contracts, and application forms
- Product promotion
· Drafting, review and quality control the product relating documents
· Support and coordinate the task force to generate effective product promotion campaigns
-Distribution support
· Assist the distribution team to work out effective engagement program or campaign to reinforce the product selling
· Take direct enquiries on product related matters from the frontline
· Work with marketing team to develop and maintain customer loyalty schemes


Requirement:
- Knowledge
· Understand the market, business model and business performance
· Good leadership, planning, analytical, problem solving, decision making skills
· Good technical skill, product knowledge and business sense
- Experience
· 3 years of relevant experience product management, implementation or distribution support role
· High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to influence, engage and lead in a positive and inspiring manner
- Qualification
· University degree in relevant discipline
