This senior role will have the authority to represent and obligate the firm in the area of Interior Design and be required to supervise professional Interior Design staff, providing leadership and responsibility for project staffing, client relationships and project excellence.

Responsibilities:

Primary contact with clients and determine the standards for the projects development

Demonstrate creative design skills, high standards, sound judgment and professionalism.

Management multiple projects – provide leadership to project teams

Understand and implement complex concepts, practices, and procedures within the interior design field

Lead contract negotiations - develop schedules, manpower allocations, and budgets on all assigned projects.

Coaching and mentoring employees, team building, motivation and quality control.

Focus locally; to cross-sell services; and to demonstrate strong commitment to collaboration and resourcefulness.

Requirement:

Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture with more than 10+ years relevant experience

Extensive experience in all phases of interior architectural projects and design management. Including graphic design concepts, sketch work, hand colouring, rendering interior drawings, area take offs and shop drawings.

Proven capability in the use of AutoCad, Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Extensive proficiency and experience in creating profiles and construction interior details, including millwork and casework. Proficiency and understanding of FF&E
