Main Objectives
Take design responsibility for the local development projects and provide engineering support in global development projects based on analysis, evaluation, calculation, specifications, standards and consultation of customer design requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. To implement component level project targets such as time plan, cost, function, weight, quality, and customer satisfaction
2. To understand, manage, coordinate and synchronize customer requirements with ZF development process
3. To plan component development activities such as 3D math model, 2D drawings, simulation, specifications, FMEA and testing
4. To create and release development documentation (e.g. DRL, BOM, drawings, IPS and FMEA)
5. To keep ZF project management tool up-to-date (ESSO, DPSO) and carry out his/her project management tasks and documentation in cENGIS
6. To participate and communicate in regular project meetings (internal and external) to clarify open points under the consideration of project target
7. To add and update the project list of open points for development topics,
8. To check product costs and production feasibility with ZF CC plants
9. Provide local engineering support in global development project
10. Ensure development quality and support handling of warranty issue

Basic Requirements

Working experience Over 3 years engineering experience in automotive industry
Education Bachelor degree or above in automotive or mechanical engineering
English Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing
German Preferred but not required
Computer Proficient in MS-Office and CAD software (CATIA V5)
Qualification Based on the interview

1. Mechanical design ability and engineering analytical skill
2. Capability of independent work and self- initiatives
3. Clear and effective communication, presentation and organization skill
4. Experience with Car Chassis Components preferred
