Job Description:

Customer Service:

1. Help to do all filing work, make a complete and clear system.

2. Take charge of store RC supply order, replenishment/deal with the order from store/monitor the usage.

3. Help to collect improving/sharing points and make relevant PPT, for example, CS FAQ, damage case caused by improper behavior of store, etc. I hope to share these info/solution/care tips and maybe quality report to store regularly.

Repair Center:

4. Trace the repairing condition timely.

5. Record the Spare Parts usage/price/stock take.

6. Help Artisan to do record and keepall.

Operation:

7. Claim the RC expense, payment to vendor.

8. Order stationary and other supplies.

Job Requirements:

1. Junior student is best

2. At least can work 4 whole days a week

3. Good in reading and written English (CET-4)

4. Good in WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc.

5. Love luxury brand and retail, quick-learner, logical& systematic
