岗位职责Job description

1.负责货物进出口的审单、制单、订舱，清关、查验、联络以及国内采购料件的进出区备案。Responsible for making doc., audit doc., booking, custom clearance, inspecting and liaison in the Imp. & Exp. Procedure. Record in the Custom for the local purchased material in & out of FTZ.

2.负责国内和国际的货物运输，选择合适的交通工具，以最经济有效的运输方式，确保安全准时交货。To arrange the domestic and oversea transportation. To Choose the suitable transportation tools to ensure the goods arriving timely and safely in the most economic way.

3.负责海关电子手册和仓储系统的日常操作和维护，包括原料和成品的备案，定期的核销等。Responsible for the daily operation in the bonded production e-book and bonded warehouse systems including but not limiting to record the raw material & finish product and cancel after verification.

4.协助仓库的日常管理，包括保税和非保料件的分类管理，定期的盘库，和6S，确保帐、卡、物相一致。To associate the management of warehouse, such as the bonded and non-bonded material, inventory and 6s. Make the record, card and stock coincidently.

5.日常报表的制作和各种进出口单据的存档管理，并配合财务完成进出口收付汇。To prepare the reports & tables and keep the doc. in archives. To assistant the Fin. Dept in the payment and receipt of foreign currency.

6.领导分配的其他工作。Perform other assignments distributed by leader.

要求Requirements1.

1.大专以上学历，3-5年相关工作经历。College degree with 3 years concerning experience.

2.熟悉进出口的所有流程并实际操作过一般贸易、手册、转口、暂时进口、退运、返修、转关等。Familiar with Imp. & Exp. Procedure and experienced in the processing.

3.能熟练操作保税区海关电子手册和仓库系统，有手册核销的经验。To be good at the bonded production e-book and bonded warehouse. Be capable in the cancelling after verification.

4.良好的语言表达和人际沟通合作能力。具有团队合作精神，和敬业精神。Good communication, presentation and relationship building skills. Good team player and devote to the work.

5.良好的英文口语和读写水平和计算机操作能力。Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

6.有保税区工作经验者优先。Experience of warehourse management in FTZ is a plus.

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
