Responsibilities:

1.Analyzing customer IT requirements on IT infrastructure to develop solution that best meet customer requirements;

2.Take lead in the engagement to perform high-level and in-depth solution presentation and proposal to customer;

3.Perform project delivery when necessary.

4.Support Service Line team to develop hybrid Infra Offerings

5.Harvest Asset for reuse

Required Skills

Strong IT industry experiences and broad knowledge on IT infrastructure, 10+ years related working experience is a must

Be familiar with IT infrastructure and have Solution Architect related experience.

Passion for learning and innovation

Passionate presentation and communication skills

CIO /IT Director level understanding of Solution Architect and/or IT infrastructure in application

Ability to quickly grasp strategic customer/partner business objectives and develop the vision, solution and execution plans to address these objectives

Project /or People management experience is preferred.

Subject Matter Expert on IT Infrastructure related solutions

Deep knowledge of IBM Offerings & Competitive landscape

Strong foundation in IT system architecture, Storage Architecture, system virtualization and IT Service Management

Familiar to Unix based IT infra and Windows based IT infra

Solid understanding of IBM Hybrid Infra Solutions

Strong operational background /experience in IT infrastructure

Ability to present IBM Hybrid Infra solutions to business and IT executives

Be able to demonstrate consultative services selling experience, including financial, business and industry insight skills

Ability to take a leadership role in certain client scenarios

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to identify right opportunities to pursue, build solution across multiple brands, qualify and engage appropriate IBM resources

Conduct effective client calls, demonstrate negotiation skills

Experienced in long term opportunity development and progression

Credibility with management team, account teams and brands

Knowledge of IBM resources and how to leverage to get things done

Strong teamwork that results in positive influence on driving projects and projects and complex opportunities to closure

Mentor / enable sellers and Business Partners.

Required

Bachelor's Degree

At least 10 years experience in solution architect

English: Fluent
