Senior HR consultant

This position is based on shanghai.

This position is responsible for providing a broad range of talent, leadership, learning and organizational development services to our clients and support to our consultants and our clients across china eastern region.
Key focus areas include: Leadership and Management Development, Succession Planning, High Potential development, 360 feedback, and Career Development.

Primary Duties:

1. Find the relevant business in the region.
2. Serve as expert for the consulting program.
3. Research, identify, develop and implement the HR consulting programs
4. Be familiar with employee development program.

Required Education & Experience

-University degree
-At least 3 years relevant experience in HR function, HR consultancy or HR service.
-Fluent in English
