Business Development Manager

The BD manager will interact with international investors who want to build their factories, international schools, consulates or embassies in China. Together with the engineering team, the BD manager will build a network of contacts and will acquire construction projects.

We expect an individual with an outgoing personality and mature communication and marketing skills. The BD manager should be familiar with and have good contacts to local industrial investment zones and decision makers in SME enterprises, etc.
Requirement:

Fluent in Chinese and English, German is an advantage
Min. 5 years of experience in sales & marketing or similar role
Familiar with marketing, networking and acquisition of construction projects
Excellent communication with customers/clients
Excellent contacts to Chinese authorities
Excellent communication skills, must be a people person
Must cooperate and coordinate with engineering department internally
