HPC, Big data and cloud are most popular IT technologies in recent years, and will be key technologies in the coming decades in IT area. They are also highest revenue growth area in IBM and being continuously heavily invested by IBM. The primary responsibility is to do moderately complex product design, analysis and implementation which may require research and analysis. This technical role is expected to work with less supervision, lead software projects, and supervise and coach less experienced software developers.

Responsibilities:

- Able to independently creates design and implement software for medium complexity projects.

- Under the supervision of a tech leader to deliver quality design and codes.

- Follow development process, deliver documentation (PRD/FRD, etc.), reviews.

- Reviews designs, implementations and bug fixes done by other developers.

- Performs testing and trouble shooting

Required Skill:

- Computer Science or Electronic Engineering Master.

- 2+ years of UNIX/Linux system development experience is highly desired

- Strong programming skill on either of C, Java or Python.

- Knowledge of cloud and virtualization (SoftLayer, Amazon EC2, KVM, VMware ) is a plus.

- Good understanding to software process.

- Good communication (both mandarin and English)

- Self-disciplined, working proactively and fast learning are a must
