The primary responsibility is to contribute significantly to the design, test, development, and/or support of IBM Software Products and/or Systems, provides technical direction and leadership in the development of integrated system products. Decisions affect the overall success of the project and directly impact financial performance, image, schedules, and customer satisfaction.

-Scope of work encompasses multiple components, or a complex component, of a software product or solution.

-Defines, recommends, and implements software alternatives and solutions which will achieve a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

-Leads professional teams and significant project planning activities, ensuring that development is completed in a timely and cost effective manner.

-Thoroughly understands and effectively executes existing software development processes and procedures and develops new approaches as appropriate.

-Ensures accurate and thorough documentation is maintained for the project.

-Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement:

- Computer Science or Electronic Engineering Master.

- 5+ years of UNIX/Linux system development experience is highly desired.

- Strong knowledge and rich programming experience of C/Java/Python with multi-process/multi-thread pro-gramming skills on distributed concurrency system.

- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization (OpenStack, Amazon EC2, KVM, VMware) is a plus.

- Expertise in software development skills, advanced skills in programming languages, operating systems, de-velopment environments/tools.

- Expertise in software development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance. Mature judgment in project execution

- Excellent communication skills (both mandarin and English) and interpersonal skills.

- Self-disciplined, working proactively and quick learning are must
