Detailed Description
1. As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
2. As a member of the IT design organization, you will participate in defining and developing tools and APIs associated with the deployment of solutions for company’s business units. Provide technical leadership within a team environment with a high degree of individual contribution.
3. Focus will be on providing connectors to complete designed rollouts with high degrees of success, focused on delivery, reliability and long-term supportability.

Job Requirements
1. Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
2. Duties and tasks are varied and can be complex, needing Independent judgment. Candidates shall be competent in their area of expertise (see Additional Details for required skills/experience),with a strong ability to ramp up on new technologies as projects/programs change.

Additional Details:
1. 3-6+ years experience design and developing software
2. Must have strong skills in full development lifecycle (design, develop, test, document)
3. Experience designing and developing to enterprise/high-availability standards
4. Sound understanding of Webservices and SOA design principals and protocols/standards (RESTful services, SOAP, WSDL, OAS, etc)
5. Experience in J2EE Web application/API development using JSP, Servlets, CSS, JavaScript/JSON, Java, Weblogic, PHP, CPM, Webservices (AJAX, Apache)
6. Experience using XML-based technologies (XML Schemas, XSLT, etc)
7. Experience developing for databases (SQL, PL/SQL, JDBC, Oracle DB)
8. Must be able to speak English
