Description:

1、Lead Annual/Quarterly Operating Plan and regular Business Review for China region by working with sales and BU team
2、Drive and orchestrate strategic and tactical initiatives that improve the overall performance of the operation
3、Lead and organize China region forecast and revenue tracking
4、Pro-Actively analyze operations trends/data and give business team management
5、Supply-demand allocations, escalations ans forward-looking projections
6、Business & Market analysis and strategy advice

Qualification:
1、At least 10-year related working experience in business operation, planning or strategy
2、Excellent business and operational planning background including strong analytic skills
3、Excellent project management skills
4、Familiar with IT or Telecommunication industry
5、Strategic Thinking Personal Attributes/Interpersonal skills
6、Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
7、Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, Power point etc
8、Bachelor or above is required
