Job Description
Develop and implement recruiting strategy;
Develop and maintain recruiting channel;
Manage talent pool, including ex-employee pool as this can be our potential new hires;
Own metrics with regard to all aspects of the hiring process for open positions with goals of improving visibility of progress, reducing cycle time, maintain the relationship with existing headhunters, maximizing existing networks, employee referrals and reducing hiring costs;
Coordinate interviews and trials;
Arrange new hires on boarding.

Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in high volume sourcing experience with strong interviewing and selection skills;
Hospitality, Food& Beverage or Chain experience as a must;
Knowledge of, and demonstrated ability to utilize, multiple recruiting sources;
Strong planning, communication and presentation skills;
Familiarity with China employment laws and compliance;
Proficiency in MS Office Applications;
Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese as a must;
Self-motivated and presentable;
Talk initiatives, creative and flexible;
Passionate for people.
