Main responsibilities
主要职责
1. Answer and distribute incoming calls
负责电话接听、转接
2. Deliver and distribute mails, do the monthly billing
报刊信函和快递函件的收发、每月统计及制作报表
3. Welcome visitors and serve drinks
来宾及访客接待
4. Book air tickets and hotels if necessary, do the monthly billing
机票、酒店的预订，每月统计及制作报表
5. Update the contact list
更新员工通讯录
6. Coordinate printings including business cards, envelops, letter-head paper, color printing and other as required
协助印制员工名片、公司信封、信纸等
7. Reserve meeting rooms
预订会议室
8. Other related work as assigned

Qualification requirements
任职要求


1. College degree or above, major in Administration or other related. (welcome 2015 graduate student)
大专以上学历，行政或相关专业（欢迎2015届毕业生投递）
2. Be passionate to do Administrative works
对行政工作具有热情
3. Related working experience in multinational companies is preferred
有跨国公司相关工作经验为佳
4. Detail oriented and well organized
注重细节，具备一定的组织协调能力
5. Good service attitude and a good team player
良好的服务态度，注重团队合作
6. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
熟练使用Microsoft office办公软件（Excel, Word, PPT等）
7. Good English skills in speaking and writing
具备良好的英语听说读写能力
