工作职责：
1.负责集团董事日常工作事务的安排及协调、呈批文件之查核等行政工作外，协助各领导交办的其他业务性工作跟进；
2.作为集团董事的助手，起承上启下作用，协助领导调查、了解公司运营情况并提出处理意见或建议，供领导决策参考。业务面涉及集团层面的品牌管理及市场推广等，企业面涉及酒店、餐饮行业等；
3.积极充当总裁办公室与各业务部门/小组、各对应板块/企业的工作沟通桥梁，在跨部门沟通及协调工作中积极及时跟进各事项的进度及落实情况，必要时，为领导行使决策权，力求提升公司运营质量；
4.负责部门日常行政人事管理统筹，包括部门资产（含车辆）的管理、办公用品的采购管理、运营成本控制与日常维护；
5.规范化行政管理制度，按照制度维护部门正常的办公纪律与秩序；6.带领行政组组织员工活动，加强沟通，对有需要的员工进行必要的辅导，调节员工关系、员工士气和工作气氛。

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，人力资源、行政管理等相关专业；
2.五年以上大中型企业有高管秘书或行政工作经验，两者兼有尤佳；
3.形象气质好，沟通协调跟进能力强；
4.普通话、粤语纯熟，英文四级以上；
5.执行力强，保密意识、责任心强，可接受日常加班；
6.有公关、广告、市场部门或餐饮、酒店行业工作经验者优先。
