Project Administrator – Project Management Office Beijing

We are seeking a professional individual to support our regional project management office. The PMO sits at the heart of our bidding and project management work in Asia, yet centred from Beijing. The perfect person for this role will be super organised, very systematic, have excellent bi-lingual communication skills (English and Korean or Mandarin), and ideally have a financial or project management professional (PMP) background. The primary responsibilities are:

• Setup projects within our Project Management and financial systems
• Support project managers to ensure their projects are successful to timescale, budget, customer satisfaction and that knowledge is shared
• High quality and accurate data entry
• To ensure that internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures, budget constraints are monitored and followed
• To support the overall project management process from Enquiry to Closure. In order to meet deadlines and meet quality standards
• To deal with complex queries and help system users resolve their project problems
• Build relationships with internal clients, as appropriate
• Monitor projects, proactively seeking information from other areas of the business as required

You must possess…

• A bachelor Degree or above
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent language skills (written and verbal) in either Korean or Mandarin
• Team work skills
• Experience in finance would be preferred
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and a generic financial or project system
• A passion for being structured, systematic and process driven and helping others to share this passion

• 确保以及监控项目的内部程序，合同要求，控制成本预算
• 能够依据项目管理流程（整个项目周期从投标到结束）跟进项目进度并确保按时、保质地完成及交付
• 能够处理相关复杂问题并帮助其他系统用户解决问题
• 能够维护并建立良好地内部客户关系，为项目管理提供增值服务
• 监控项目，能够积极寻求其他领域的业务所需的信息

要求

• 本科或以上学历
• 流利双语沟通技巧英语和韩语/中文（书面和口语）
• 团队合作精神
• 拥有财务或项目管理经验者优先考虑
• 熟练操作Excel, Word, PowerPoint以及一般的财务软件或项目管理系统
• 具有高度的工作热情及感染力，条理清晰，认真仔细，性格稳重
