Key Responsibilities主要工作职责

- Liaison and coordinate with clients/customers for inspection assignments/order/contract

- Prepare job instruction in consultation, where necessary with the Operation/Technical management.

- Forward instruction to inspectors/expeditors.

- Issue the inspection assignment to the inspectors and monitor execution

- Review the inspection report, consolidate and summary the inspection report as request, and translate if any

- Draw up and update CV of inspectors for the clients

- Contact suppliers to inform of Intertek-Moody’s involvement and confirm client requirement.

- Arrangement and confirmation of forthcoming visits to both clients, vendor and inspectors/ expeditors

- Manage order files during work in progress

- Update files during work in progress

- Inform parties concerned of inspection/expediting results as necessary

- Check accuracy and completeness of incoming/outgoing reports and verify the check

- When in doubt, consult originator and /or Technical management.

- Issue itineraries to clients and when required to other Intertek-Moody Company Departments

- Issue Pro-forma Invoice to clients and follow-up the payments

- Review the reception from the inspectors, review and confirm TS

- Documents (report, record, sheet, and files from site) collection and summary

Requirement职位要求

- College or university degree

- Will work on diverse administrative assignments

- Occasionally works with highly sensitive and confidential information

- Strong typing, word processing and PC skills, (MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Good verbal/written English skills

- Works independently, under general supervision and usually on own initiative

- Preferred experience with an Engineering background or majored in engineering education
