General information: we provide outsourced accounting, tax and administrative compliance services to foreign-invested companies (European, American and Asian) in Beijing and close region. A team of 20 skilled professionals, dedicated to servicing with high added-value companies of various industries (service, trading, manufacturing, banking, retail, etc.). Strong team spirit, a focus on transparency and communication.



Responsibility:

? Supervision of accountants’ work

? Review of monthly accounts and financial statements (statutory and management reporting)

? Comment financial statements, when needed

? Review tax computation and filing

? Coordinate with auditor during year-end audits

? Review administrative filing (annual inspection, finance/statistics declarations, etc.)

? Assist manager by coordinating accountants

? Motivate, develop and train accountants

? Verify monthly invoicing to client and follow-up A/R collection

? Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients



Requirements:

? Bachelor degree, majored in accounting, finance or economics

? More than 3 years working experience in financial position

? Diligent and detail oriented

? A good team leader with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work under pressure

? Strong sense of responsibility and integrity

? Good oral/writing English

? Other languages are a plus
