Key Objectives: Internal contact to expatriates, external contact to relocation services, agencies and relevant authorities for providing solid support for expat smooth settle-down at the begining of the assignment and Repatriation arrangement at the end of the assignment. Based on the implementation of the company policy and local relevant law, to provide the advice and answer the questions from expats; to verify and track the expats benefits claim during them on assignment.


Major Responsibilities:

1)The direct contact for expats to provide the advices and answer the requires based on the company policy, China local relevant laws
2) Arrange the Look & See trip and conduct the New Orientation for all expatriates in China to ensure a smooth settle-down for expats
3)Authorize the service order to the local relocation agency for temp living, house search, housing lease sign-off and school search at the beginning; track the housing lease expire date and proceed the housing lease extension during the assignment and termination at the end of the assignment
4) Work with immigration agency for visa application at the beginning of the assignment, track the visa expire date and proceed the visa extension on the assignment and work permit cancelation at the end of the assignment.
5) Prepare the local employment contract for inbound expats and is responsible for the enrollment of China Social Security at the beginning and termination of China Social Security
6) Coordinate with Car Fleeting management to organizing company cars for expatriates and their families. Provide the supports on the driver license application
7) Based on the company policy, verify and check the expats assignment benefits expenses claims and annual leave application like exchange rate loss compensation, car rent during the home visit etc…
8) Proceed the third party payments related with expats like housing rent, international school tuition, visa fee, language training fee ect
9) Maintain and keep the accuracy of the expat related data in HR system
10) Work with home HR and Finance to verify expats personal expenses and contact with Tax Authority and SAFE for oversea remittance
11)Provide the supports on visa application and accommodation for short term assignment and International Intern

Education / Degree: Degree in Business Administration

Knowledge / Skills / Competences:

Fluent in written and spoken English and German
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Good organizational skills, detail oriented
Proactive work attitude and Customer -Serive Orentation
Proficient at Microsoft Office Document like Word, Excel, Powpoint
Experience of working with immigration, housing agency china social security

Experience: Minimum of three years experience in an HR environment, preferably in an international company
