Main Responsibilities:
Role of Error Coordinator: handle Live User’s issues in DMS, and generate weekly report and bi-weekly lesson learnt, need communicate with Liver User and RCA, PQM and SQM.
Desired competences:
Issue check and report experience
Bachelor degree in science or business administration
Fluent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
Good communication skill in English, better have experience of coordinator
Be a serious responsible person
Know well about SEMC product
