、协助财务完成基础工作:负责记账凭证的编号、装订;与客户沟通,使其及时确认并回传对账单;寄送发票及财务其他临时性工作
2、办公室行政工作:办公用品采购,办公室部分设备维护,保证办公室正常运转;名片订购;统计年假;负责机构前台接待及电话转接,收发信件、报刊、文件等及其他临时性工作。
3、英语简单的沟通:可以用英语进行简单的沟通。
1.Help finance to complete the basic work:collating and archiving accounting voucher;communication with customers,and make them confirm and feedback the monthly statement to us;send the invoice to custom and so on.
2.Office administration:purchasing office supplies,maintaining some equipment in office,ensure office normal operation;booking business card for colleague;statistical annual leave;call forwarding and so on
3.Communication in English:ability of a simple communication in English with other people
任职资格:
1、大学专科以上学历,专业不限,欢迎应届毕业生;
2、熟悉操作Excel、Word等办公软件;
3、具有较强的独立学习和工作的能力,工作踏实,认真细心,积极主动;
4、具有良好的职业操守及团队合作精神,较强的沟通、理解和分析能力;
