Skills and Knowledge:

1 Knowledge of PRC commercial real estate markets, development consulting, feasibility studies, strategic advice and financial modelling

2 Strong interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skill

3 Strong data analytical and database management skill

4 Good knowledge of real estate markets in Northern China

Experience:

1 A minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate related business

2 Experience within developers or agency companies with experience in working alongside brokers and other property professionals

3 Experience of subscription databases relevant to the real estate market and other web based data sources

Job Summary:

1 Execute Analytical Research Assignments and Coordinate Data

2 Work with Research & Consulting team to execute on consulting and forecasting

3 assignments and coordinate information from the field

4 Provide research and support for office, industrial, apartment, retail and hotel markets

5 Assist the Research & Consultancy head to prepare analysis, insight and analysis pulling this together in our reports to ensure our clients continue to receive the highest quality Real Estate consulting advice available

6 Responsible for managing project by project data collection, collaborating to lock this down and share with other teams and across the business as a whole

7 Responsible for building and helping Research & Consultancy maintain databases for information such as rent yields and capital values of baskets and portfolios of buildings across China

8 The data collection shall include all primary data points needed for the consultancy and shall include, but not necessarily be limited to the general economy and its pertinent indicators, rental values, capital values, yields, supply, demand, vacancy rates and other real estate data points for office; industrial/ warehouse, retail and residential properties.
